Affiliate Disclaimer & Affiliate Terms

This Affiliate Disclaimer & Agreement governs participation in the Digital Success School (“DSS”) Affiliate Program.
By participating in the DSS Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Independent Affiliate Status
Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Digital Success School or Douglas Martone.
Affiliates may not:
present themselves as DSS staff or representatives
imply ownership or partnership
make statements on behalf of DSS
2. FTC & Advertising Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting DSS.
Required disclosures include:
stating that you may earn a commission from purchases
using clear language such as:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
“This is an affiliate link.”
Disclosures must be:
clear and conspicuous
placed near the affiliate link
visible before a purchase decision is made
Failure to disclose affiliate relationships may violate advertising laws.
3. Ethical Marketing Requirements
Affiliates agree to market DSS honestly and ethically.
Affiliates may NOT:
make false or misleading claims
guarantee income or financial results
exaggerate potential earnings
create deceptive before/after income representations
use fake testimonials or fabricated results
use pressure tactics or fear-based deception
All promotional content must reflect honest personal experience and accurate program descriptions.
4. No Income Claims & Earnings Representation
Affiliates may not present DSS as a guaranteed income opportunity.
Affiliates must NOT claim:
guaranteed earnings
passive income without effort
“get rich quick” results
specific income outcomes without disclosure
If sharing personal results, affiliates must:
be truthful and verifiable
clarify that results vary
avoid implying typical results
5. Prohibited Promotion Methods
The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
Spam & Unsolicited Promotion
mass messaging or cold DM spam
unsolicited emails or comments
posting links in unrelated groups or communities
Misrepresentation
impersonating DSS or its owner
using fake identities or accounts
misrepresenting pricing or benefits
Brand Misuse
altering DSS branding or logos
presenting DSS materials as your own
copying or redistributing course content
Paid Ads Restrictions (if applicable)
Affiliates may not run paid ads using DSS brand names, trademarks, or impersonation-style landing pages without written permission.
6. Community Promotion Restrictions
Affiliates may NOT promote DSS inside:
DSS community spaces
private member groups
coaching calls or live sessions
any DSS-owned platforms
The community is a learning environment, not a sales environment.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
Affiliates may not:
distribute course materials
share paid content publicly
upload trainings to file-sharing sites
reproduce proprietary frameworks
Violations may result in legal action.
8. Right to Revoke Affiliate Privileges
Participation in the DSS Affiliate Program is a privilege, not a right.
Douglas Martone, creator of Digital Success School, reserves the absolute and unilateral right to suspend, revoke, or terminate affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Affiliate privileges may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to:
misleading or deceptive marketing practices
failure to disclose affiliate relationships
income misrepresentation
spam promotion or unsolicited messaging
misrepresentation of DSS or its brand
unethical or illegal marketing behavior
violation of advertising laws or platform policies
misuse of DSS intellectual property
harassment, defamation, or harmful conduct
promoting inside DSS community spaces
behavior that harms the reputation or integrity of DSS
Termination of affiliate status may also result in:
forfeiture of unpaid commissions
removal from affiliate access
permanent disqualification from the program
9. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases that are not refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.
DSS reserves the right to review transactions for compliance and validity.
10. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for:
complying with local advertising laws
complying with tax obligations in their country
ensuring promotional accuracy
ethical marketing conduct
11. Limitation of Liability
Digital Success School and Douglas Martone are not liable for:
affiliate marketing outcomes
lost profits or commissions
account suspensions by social platforms
legal consequences resulting from affiliate misconduct
🔹 Affiliate Commission Structure & Program Flexibility
Commission Structure
Digital Success School (“DSS”) offers affiliate commissions through the Skool platform.
Current commission eligibility is as follows:
Monthly & Annual Members
Members with an active Monthly or Annual DSS membership may be eligible to earn:
50% recurring commission on qualifying Monthly or Annual memberships
commissions paid for up to twelve (12) months per active referral
Lifetime Members
Members who purchase the DSS Lifetime Membership may be eligible to earn:
70% commission on qualifying Lifetime Membership referrals
50% recurring commission on qualifying Monthly or Annual memberships, as outlined above
Commissions apply only to valid purchases tracked through the official Skool affiliate system.
Affiliate Platform & Tracking
Affiliate tracking, referrals, and commission payouts are managed through the Skool platform.
DSS is not responsible for:
tracking errors caused by browser settings or cookie restrictions
missed commissions due to incorrect link usage
platform outages or tracking disruptions
Right to Modify Commission Structure
Digital Success School reserves the right to modify, adjust, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program or commission structure at any time.
This includes, but is not limited to:
changing commission percentages
modifying commission duration
adjusting payout structures
altering eligibility requirements
modifying membership tiers or affiliate benefits
discontinuing recurring commissions
replacing the affiliate system or platform
Changes may apply to future referrals and program participation.
Right to Revoke Affiliate Status
Affiliate participation is a privilege, not a right.
Douglas Martone reserves the absolute right to:
revoke affiliate status
remove affiliate privileges
deny commission eligibility
terminate participation in the affiliate program
at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Commission Eligibility Conditions
Commissions are earned only when:
the referral is tracked through the official system
the purchase is completed and not refunded or disputed
the affiliate remains in good standing
the affiliate complies with all marketing and promotional guidelines
DSS reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through deceptive, unethical, or prohibited marketing practices.
12. Changes to Affiliate Terms
These Affiliate Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
