Welcome to Digital Success School (“DSS”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all programs, courses, memberships, coaching services, digital products, affiliate opportunities, and community platforms provided by DSS.

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in DSS, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, do not access or use DSS services.

By using DSS, you confirm that:

• live calls and coaching support

• marketing and business education

• affiliate opportunities

• downloadable digital materials

All materials are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing DSS products or memberships:

• You agree to pay all fees in full

• Pricing may change at any time

• Payment plans must be completed as agreed

• Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of DSS products and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All DSS content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

• videos and training content

• templates and frameworks

• PDFs, workbooks, and slides

• recorded calls and trainings

• proprietary systems and strategies

You may NOT:

• share, copy, or distribute materials

• upload content to public platforms

• reproduce or republish content

• provide access to non-members

• resell materials without authorization

Unauthorized distribution may result in removal from DSS and legal action.

7. License & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

• share login access

• transfer access

• resell content

• use materials for commercial redistribution

8. Community Conduct & Member Responsibilities

DSS is a professional learning environment.

By participating, you agree to:

• communicate respectfully

• maintain professionalism

• respect member privacy

The following are strictly prohibited:

• promoting products or services inside DSS spaces

• recruiting members into outside programs

• posting affiliate links or sales offers

• harassment or abusive behavior

• defamation of members or staff

• disruptive or hostile conduct

9. Affiliate Program Conduct

Participation in the DSS affiliate program is a privilege.

Affiliates must:

• market honestly and ethically

• avoid misleading claims

• accurately represent DSS

• comply with advertising and disclosure laws

Misrepresentation or deceptive marketing may result in termination.

10. Platform Authority & Right to Terminate Access

Digital Success School is a privately owned educational platform.

By participating in DSS, you acknowledge that access to the platform, community, affiliate program, and all associated benefits is granted at the sole discretion of the owner.

Douglas Martone, creator of Digital Success School, reserves the absolute and unilateral right to:

• remove members from the community

• suspend or permanently revoke access

• terminate affiliate privileges

• deny future participation

• restrict platform features

• remove content access

• refuse service

This right may be exercised at any time, with or without notice, and without refund, if a member is determined to have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• spam posting or unsolicited promotion

• attempting to sell or recruit inside DSS

• misleading or unethical marketing practices

• misrepresentation of the DSS brand

• income misrepresentation or deceptive claims

• harassment, hostility, or disruptive behavior

• defamation of DSS or its members

• sharing or distributing private course materials

• intellectual property violations

• disclosing confidential community discussions

• creating conflict or disruption within the community

• behavior deemed harmful to the culture or safety of DSS

DSS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for conduct that undermines the integrity of the community.

11. Right to Modify Programs, Content, & Benefits

Digital Success School continually evolves to improve the learning experience.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that program content, structure, and benefits may change.

Douglas Martone reserves the right to:

• modify course content

• update training materials

• add or remove lessons

• restructure modules

• discontinue features

• modify pricing structures

• change membership benefits

• adjust affiliate commission structures

• modify community access levels

No guarantees are made regarding the continued availability of any specific feature.

12. Live Calls, Coaching, & Support Access

DSS may include:

• weekly group calls

• live trainings

• coaching sessions

• Q&A sessions

• community support

These offerings are supplemental educational resources and are subject to change.

Douglas Martone reserves the right to:

• modify call frequency or schedule

• reschedule sessions

• replace live sessions with recorded trainings

• limit coaching availability

• change support formats

• discontinue live calls or coaching offerings

• adjust the number of included coaching sessions

• restrict access based on membership tier

Live calls and coaching access are not guaranteed.

13. Private Coaching Sessions

Private coaching calls may be offered as bonuses, promotions, or membership benefits.

Douglas Martone reserves the right to:

• modify the number of included sessions

• discontinue coaching bonuses

• substitute coaching with alternative resources

• refuse coaching access for misuse or abuse

Coaching is provided for educational purposes only.

14. No Earnings Guarantees

DSS provides educational and informational content only.

We do not guarantee:

• income results

• financial success

• business growth

• social media growth

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions.

15. Confidentiality & Privacy

Members agree not to share private discussions, strategies, or member information outside DSS.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSS and Douglas Martone are not liable for:

• business losses

• financial losses

• lost profits

• indirect or consequential damages

• decisions made based on DSS content

Use of DSS materials is at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Success School and Douglas Martone from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of materials or violation of these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of DSS constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
